Flexineb 2 Week Trial Offer

Whilst we have absolute faith in our product, we understand that purchasing a Flexineb can be a significant investment. To help with the buying process BreathEazy Ltd offers a two week trial period. If at the end of the two week period you (or your horse) aren’t entirely satisfied with your product then please return it for a refund minus the initial shipping charge and a nominal charge to cover the cost of consumables use.

  • Purchase your Flexineb as usual from our webshop. Please note that the option to pay in instalments cannot be used with the trial option.
  • Use the Flexineb as you see fit for fourteen days (from the date of delivery to your premises).
  • If you aren’t fully happy with your Flexineb then contact us to arrange return and a part refund on your payment (see below)
  • On receipt of your returned Flexineb (in an undamaged and resaleable condition) a part refund will be offered via your original payment method. Please note that if the Flexineb unit is damaged or shows signs of excessive wear/tear then a refund may not be possible and the unit will be returned to you.
  • The Flexineb must be received back by BreathEazy within seven days of the acceptance of the unit for a refund. The customer is advised to return the unit via an insured service (such as Royal Mail special delivery) to ensure that it is received safely.
  • For a Flexineb full system the deduction is £120 + VAT for the 14 day period and so the refund will consist of the original purchase price minus £120 + VAT.
  • For a Flexineb MDI only system the deduction is £60 + VAT for the 14 day period and so the refund will consist of the original purchase price minus £60 + VAT.
